Move.
Live Through movement.
Movement is not something we schedule.
It happens with every breath we take.
I work with handstands, mobility and strength — not as goals, but as tools.

Movement ability is something that develops over time, through consistent and attentive practice.

This is what we work on here.

Being skilled in one discipline does not necessarily mean moving well.

Being highly specialized in one discipline does not necessarily mean moving well.
Specialization often sharpens one ability while slowly neglecting others.

Here, the focus is on general movement ability — adaptable, transferable and resilient.
Not specialization.
Generalization through practice.
Movement is not built in a rush.

It’s developed layer by layer, through repetition, variation and time.
In practice, we don’t overthink movement.
We train responsiveness, not choreography.
Reaction first.
Thinking follows.
My work is influenced by Ido Portal and the Movement Culture approach.

An approach that values long-term development of movement ability over short-term performance.

I work with individuals and small groups who want to develop general movement capacity over time.

Sessions are available online and in ÇeÅŸme.
Practice adapts to life — and grows with it.
"Movement ability is not something you unlock once. It’s something you build over time."
